Many people think it is impossible to get genital warts in your mouth and if they do they excuse them as cold sores. It is possible to get genital warts in your throat and mouth. Developing genital warts in your mouth is nearly 90% of men and woman think genital warts form only on the genital area and nowhere else. If a person did get a lump in their throat they just pass it off as a cold sore or ulcer so buy a treatment to treat them conditions, but of cause they will do nothing.
You can get hpv warts in your throat and mouth. Getting hpv warts in your mouth is caused by oral sexual relations with another person how is carrying the genital warts virus. If you develop genital warts in your mouth visit your local gp or specialist at a sexual health clinic as the warts may develop at the back of your throat which may lead to breathing difficulties down the line.
They will disappear usually in under 4 years but are unsightly and almost everyone takes action to get them removed. Oral Genital warts have episodes’ and will grow back every 3-4 years usually.
Once a man or woman becomes infected with this awful hpv virus they will sadly have it forever. But not everyone will develop genital warts on their genitals or mouth. I say this as there are many different types or strains of the virus and only some of these strains will develop into warts on your genitals.
There is very little information if any in libraries or on the internet search engines regarding oral hpv, so I felt I had to do this blog as I have suffered with it and didn’t know anything about it. Now that more and more people are developing this conduction it needs to be made aware of by people all over the world.
