I have recently joined curves the womens 30 min fitness club but im now thinking is 30 mins of exercise enough to lose weight and tone up. Just wondering would joining a gym be better than joining Curves?

i have bad knees, so running hurts as does the treadmill

I am thinking about buying a workout video, I have narrowed it down to two choices but I can’t decide which one to pick. Do you have any advice for me or are you familiar with these workouts? They are Turbo Jam and Zumba Fitness.

1. spreading it throughout the day eg. [10:00am run for 15mins] [2:00pm zumba for 20mins] [4:00pm practise belly dance routine for 10mins]
2.cram it all into 1 session?
