That is the link.. My physical fitness is quite poor cant do a pull up or push up without great difficulty. It lasts for 6 hours will I be able to manage even if it is difficult?
According to the link, difficulty is “Intensity level 3″ which is supposedly easy to moderate..very relative terms.. Anyone here who has taken this particular course before?

hey guys i just came back from rock climbing today at the gunks. The experience was AMAZING!! u don really need to much strength its more about technique and balance..i had an awesome time lots of scrapes and bruises but definitely worth it . Thanks for your replies
